The story of
I've been practicing yoga for about 6 years. Everything begun with the goal over improving my flexibility. Soon, I started to realise how yoga knowledge helps me to avoid injuries or expand my abilities.
Today, different asanas help me to warm up or cool down my body as a circus or theatre performer, while different pranayamas or chest openers reliese my voice and lead me on my way as a singer.
